This policy applies to completed orders placed through the platform unless a product page or seller-specific terms state otherwise.

2. Eligible cases

  • A product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its main description.
  • A different item, size, colour, or model is received.
  • Essential accessories or core parts are missing.

3. Non-eligible cases

  • Products damaged through misuse after delivery.
  • Digital products after delivery unless a proven defect exists.
  • Made-to-order or customised items unless an error or defect is confirmed.

4. Resolution process

  1. The request is received and reviewed.
  2. Additional evidence may be requested when needed.
  3. An exchange, return, or appropriate alternative solution is approved after review.
